How we design the visual language for your luxury space

Number 1

The initial inquiry

It all begins when you reach out via our contact form or email. You spill the early vision of your high-end physical space, and we start dreaming. (Yes! Love your energy already.)

Number 2

The investment guide

Before we take up a second of your time, we send over our packages and pricing. We believe in total transparency. You’re an industry leader, you deserve to know exactly what it takes to build a legacy. No fluff. Just clarity.

Number 3

The aligment call

If our packages resonate, we jump on a call or grab a coffee in person. This is where we listen. Closely. Once we intimately understand your needs and timeline, we’ll craft a tailored proposal that aligns with your status.

Number 4

The strategy

Proposal signed, we move straight into the deep end. We define your core strategy, identify your target audience, and unearth the soul of your brand before a single pencil hits paper. Whether it’s a streamlined session or a deep-dive with a specialized strategist, we ensure the foundation is rock-solid. (We’re obsessed with the "Why" before the "What").

Number 5

Visual identity

Once the strategy is set, we dive into the sketching and exploring until we’re obsessed with the bespoke concepts on the paper. Then, we move digital. We test a hundred fonts, shapes, and color palettes, throwing half in the bin only to recreate them better. (It’s a beautifully chaotic process, and we live for the hustle). We filter that creative madness into 2–4 elite options we’re proud to put your name on.

Number 6

Brand collaterals

After we polish your identity (2 rounds of revisions included), we move to the Brand Guidelines. We ensure anyone who touches your brand knows how to treat it. Then, we build your ecosystem (email signatures, business cards, brochures, packaging and many more). Whatever your legacy requires.

Number 7

The website blueprint

We jump back on a call to align on your digital home. We define the purpose, the pages, and the flow. If your site is complex, we start with Wireframes (think of these as the skeleton of your site). This is where we finalise the copy (either from your mind or our partner copywriters) before we add the skin.

Number 8

The Figma design

We design your homepage first for your "Yes!" and then build out the full, beautiful experience. After 2 rounds of refinements, we sync with the developers (whether they’re yours or ours). We ensure every animation and parallax effect is understood. The goal? A site that looks stunning. On every screen.

Number 9

The handover and beyond

Once you’re ready to attract elite investors and clients, we don’t just wave goodbye. That’s not how partners in crime work. As your brand hits the wild, we stay by your side for the ongoing tweaks and expansions your legacy deserves. Your brand’s guardians. For the long-term win.
